Any way to transfer sol from a DEX to my phantom wallet?

I’m trying out solana NFTs for the first time and have a mint happening in a few hours. I currently have sol in my KuCoin and Crypto.com wallet. However, I have been trying for the past 2 weeks and have still been unable to withdraw them to my phantom wallet. The customer support say that there has been a network maintenance for a while already.

I have also tried buying sol from moonpay, directly on the phantom wallet, but it doesn’t work either.

Is there any way to get sol on my phantom wallet? Thank you!
