how to get rid of scam token

Hello,

I received a scam token in my wallet. I want to remove it because it’s annoying to see it there. Other than sending it to some random address (which I would prefer not to because it’s a scam token and that person might fall for it) do I have other option of getting rid of it ? I am using Yoroi, if this detail makes any kind of sense.
