Does this tool exist on Cardano yet?

I’m looking for a Dapp that will allow me to create a custom basket of Cardano native assets, that automatically rebalances to ensure the value of the portfolio stays optimized. I’ve poked around Project Catalyst past funds and see things in progress, but nothing like this completed yet.
