Is it possible to automate leverage trading on Binance?

Consider this scenario:

suppose I’m leverage-longing eth and have a liquidation threshold of $2,000, but once eth price reaches $2,100, I want to spot-buy eth at that cheap price and add it as a collateral to my position.

Can I automate something like this on Binance, or maybe some other exchange for that matter?
