Is KCEX exchange a scam? Anyone have any ideas?

Does anyone have experience with the KCEX exchange? The domain was registered in 2004 but the exchange has been active for 1 year.

In the article, there are many negative comments about KCEX and all the existing complaints are brought together. I think they are not giving them their rewards with the bonus programs and information. They are also closing accounts for no reason and not providing support.
