Cardano – Can someone please explain the difference between delegating to a drep & abstaining

Are there rewards for delegating my vote to a drep? What is the difference between abstaining and no confidence? Regardless the reason why it’s still not a vote so is there a reason to choose one over the other? I appreciate the help!
