Thoughts on Caleb and Brown?

I’ve been thinking about the options available for an off ramp, Caleb and brown being one of them along with of course exchanges. Does anybody have previous experience with caleb and brown? I know exchanges can have high traffic during price appreciations and it can be almost impossible to sell at times. Any Thoughts?
