So I live in the UK, found a way to trade leverage positions in crypto but there’s a 20k withdrawal limit due to not being able to fully verify.

How to get around this? Are there any other exchanges people from the UK have experience with?

It sounds like you are still planning to have those 20k after you played with leverage. That may very well not be the case at all, so why worrying
