Are we all just degenerates?

I just wanna know if this whole subreddit is filled with people who just buy a coin because other people are buying it. I mean, that’s how crypto usually works, but I wanna know how many people here are degenerates who just ape into a coin, and how many here actually care about the fundamentals of the coins you invest in and do the research of the blockchain technology behind it.

Or do y’all just believe crypto investing is just basically the “greater fool theory”, and that crypto investing is just about riding the price wave until other people think we’re at the top, then panic selling the coin regardless of what the company behind it is doing.

And also, how many of y’all here are actually working in the technology industry, preferably blockchain. Would love to hear from you too, because the crypto market always seems so extremely immature.

EDIT: I am a fundamentals guy, I’m in it for the technology and I’ve read many blockchain books too. Of course, I also look at whether many people are invested in it or not, but Im probably gonna be in crypto for the long run so fundamentals do matter if you care about whether this industry will eventually implode or become the next big thing. I of course do crypto for financial gain too.
