Selling/”cashing out” memecoins

Memecoins are known to be scams and rug pulls. I’m new to trading memecoins but have done a little research and found out only to invest if the liquidity to MC ratio is good. If the liquidity is there, is it possible to cash out your “$800k” memecoin value. I know that price impact and slippage is a thing etc. but is there any world where it is possible? And how can you do it? I want to be prepared if any meme coins pump like crazy and I have one of those huge numbers being displayed in my wallet lmao.

Basically, is it actually possible to take your “$800k” from memecoin to USD or SOL or BTC etc. And if it’s not/its very hard to, how can one maximise the amount of money they can receive form the “$800k”??
