Shall I trade these tokens and buy BTC instead

Hello everyone, I’m holding XYM, GRT, APE, MASK, QTUM, and ATOM. However, the price is only decreasing. Yesterday MASK dropped more than 30%. I’m never finding any news regarding these tokens so I don’t know what to expect. Am I late and better sell all now to buy BTC instead? Does anyone here hold any of these? I highly appreciate your kind advice. Thank you in advance.
