Perfect for beginners or too basic?

I’ve been using Exodus for a while now because it looks great, works on both desktop and mobile, and has a simple built-in exchange. It’s probably the easiest wallet I’ve used for keeping track of a small portfolio. But once I started exploring staking and DeFi, Exodus started feeling pretty limited. The lack of dApp support makes it kind of a dead end for advanced stuff is Exodus something you eventually grow out of? Or do people still swear by it for basic crypto management?

Exodus is great for getting started, but yeah—it’s easy to outgrow once you dive into DeFi, staking, and active portfolio tracking. If you’re looking for something more advanced without the complexity overload, check out Apescreener. It tracks wallet activity, market moves, and on-chain trends in real time. Makes it way easier to spot early plays and monitor smart money—perfect next step if you’re moving beyond just holding.
