Top 200 Alts bottom

Realistically how much further down can the Alts coins in the top 200 or so go down? Zooming out on USD and BTC pairs they are on the floor, BTC looks near a cycle top so if this was the top of the 4 year cycle the likes of ADA, DOT, IMX etc would drop another 90% from here
