P2P without the need for an exchange

Is there a website or way to do secure P2P with a third party without having to do it on an exchange like Binance or having to register, authenticate, etc.? I would like to be able to do it in a more anonymous way, and somehow safe even though I know it’s risky, anyone know some site?
