Any idea where I can find early stage legit crypto projects?

I work as a business development manager for a CEX, I want to find early stage real crypto token and coin which are either listed only on DEX or just getting started with CEX listing. So I can list on our CEX.

Do you guys know any platform from where I can find contact details like tg, linkedin and emails of decision makers of early stage such crypto coins or tokens?

Any help will be appriciated. If I find any I will update this post and let you all know the best one, but if you have any idea on that do let me know I will try and share my feedback here.
