it depends on your country, which exchanges are available for you. Also check what kind of platform you use. When you use capital.com, I guess these are probably CFD, and not real crypto…. In many cases this will translate to these high spreads, I suppose. So I would recommend one if the larger centralized crypto exchanges like binance or bybit. My own favorite is bybit, as they offer options too, and many other benefits.
