plenty of big dex like uniswap and so on also deploy their contract in L2 Ethereum like base, arbitrum and optimism.

if what you seek is something that is EVM compatible, try L2 like base, they are really cheap and just use the most reputable DEX like uniswap.

if you prefer non-EVM chain use SOL and just use most reputable DEX in there as well like jupiter.

probably gonna cost you few cents or even less.
