have around 500$ worth of ADA and XRP stuck in atomic wallet and it won’t allow me to withdraw, transfer or even swap it. Any ideas?

Atomic wallet scammed me as well.
Nobody should use it anymore. Lost hundreds worth of crypto.
After I said I would start a lawsuit, I was able to get back a portion of my crypto.
