Move STX out of Binance

I’m Canadian and left some coins in a Binance wallet. I’ve successfully moved out a bunch of coins but can seem to move Binance and STX out. I also can’t sell because it’s not allowed…. Because I’m Canadian. Ugh. Any advice would be welcomed. Thanks.
