Looking for my first crypto purchase

Not sure what to buy i see negatives and positives on everything looking to invest 20-50$ can invest more just thought thatd be a good start, any tips on what to buy are appreciated and i just wanna confirm that if i purchase 20$ in something i cant lose more then i spent right?
