How can I redeem rewards/money with BAT?
I’m new to the crypto scene and kinda just want to turn my BAT into gift cards or money but I can’t seem to find a clear answer. I know there is a tap network but you need an uphold or Gemini account which i don’t have is there any way to convert BAT into USD relatively easily?

As of right now sadly I don’t think there’s a way to switch out BAT for money or gift cards without getting yourself a wallet (Uphold or Gemini), but if you know someone who is verified with a wallet you could technically tip them and have them cash out for you
Without a wallet to transfer to, it’s going to really limit your options. At this point, idk what you can do with your BAT besides send someone a tip/donation.
I personally use Uphold wallet, as it was the only wallet available when I started using Brave. I use it for the BAT I receive from Brave, as well as a few crypto games that I play on my phone.
On Uphold, you can swap BAT for another crypto/asset that’s more widely accepted as a payment (no fees), you can withdraw it (fees), or you can transfer to a crypto that allows for easy/cheap transfers on their network (XLM and XRP work great, very minimal fees).
