Need Other’s Educated Opinion

Seeking opinions on this strategy—is this for real or a scam. I don’t want to put money down and lose it, but it looks possible. Does anyone see any holes in this? I talked to the so called person in the video on Telegram, although i have no idea if it was really him. He said it’s still working.
