Why do exchanges keep suspending my accounts?
Crypto.com shut my account down and I couldn’t even get into the app for MONTHS they said it was due to fraudulent bank activity. I emailed them for months but kept getting the same response from a different agent. It was ridiculous and than one day my account was restored.
Now, currently on Coinbase my account is suspended for the same thing due to fraudulent activity. All I do is buy some crypto here and there with my chime debit card. Not sure why there is fraudulent activity. I live check to check like a lot of people. Not doing any thing shady at all. Both support teams are useless in explaining why this keeps happening. And my bank doesn’t know why either.
Could be verification, if you don’t have a bank account linked and you’re using no name debit cards, I would imagine this is a big part of the problem, link your checking account and I doubt you’ll have a problem again
If it happens twice from 2 completely different companies then its 100% something YOU did. END of discussion.
