Long term investment beginner resources?

I’m just getting back into crypto after a year long break, and i want some refreshers and tips for long term and swing trading. I don’t want high risk day trading strats, as that type of stress was what drove me away in the first place, even after making good profits.I’m about to start a new job, and I now want to just save my money in crypto, maybe while checking on my wallet once or twice a day. Can you recommend resources or videos that focus more on that? Also drop any trustworthy youtubers or infleuncers I can follow.
