Has anyone had any issues with crypto.com – I’ve had the worse week with them. They wouldn’t let me use my funds because I changed my number from Canadian to American (it’s cheaper when you go between the two countries for work) and they told me I needed a new account for the USA number and to close the Canadian one. I said no to closing my account because I use it. I opened a US account and then they said oh yeah we didn’t need your number anymore we could just remove it from the authentication but then 3 days later they transfer my money from the Canadian account to my USA account without my approval and now my funds are missing until they decide to fully transfer. The support doesn’t know what they are talking about they they moved my crypto without any reason or approval and now telling me to just wait because there is no timeline for this being done.
