Can U.S. customers use OKX Exchange now? Any OKX users-Experiences?

From what I can tell, OKX now serves US customers after paying a 500 million dollar fee for illegally serving US customers in past. So my first question is Can U.S. users really use now? With ease?

Anyone- If you’re an OKX Exchange customer, what do you think? Worthy service? User friendly? Would you recommend?
