Shall I trade these tokens and buy BTC instead

Hello everyone, I’m holding XYM, GRT, APE, MASK, QTUM, and ATOM. However, the price is only decreasing. Yesterday MASK dropped more than 30%. I’m never finding any news regarding these tokens so I don’t know what to expect. Am I late and better sell all now to buy BTC instead? Does anyone here hold any of these? I highly appreciate your kind advice. Thank you in advance.

Do your research. Better stick to known coins.

70% of portfolio should be btc and 30% alts.

I only own bitcoin and solana.

You sell and buy bitcoin now or sell for usdc and wait for bitcoin price to drop before buying.

I bought most of my btc and solana eoy 2022 in the bear market.
