I lean into projects where the team’s open and the utility feels genuine. Casual AMAs and real community buzz, like I’ve seen on Sui, always spark my interest.
For me, it’s a mix of team transparency, real utility, and community vibes. If the devs show up in AMAs and answer tough questions clearly, that’s a big green flag. I also check how active and organic the community is real engagement over hype. Hype might get my attention, but trust and consistency make me invest.
