ETH EVER BREAKING ATH???

My brother is in ETH and has been for quite some time. He has been accumuating but i just feel like it aint doing much. Sure its gone up the past weeks but it’s basically where it was at the start of the year. even if it does pump i feel it won’t go as high and there are way better coins to put ur money in. At least for the pump in XRP or BTC and longterm forsake BTC. I just wanna know what your guys thoughts are on ETH?
