The pump means.

Every cycle it seems eth is always late to the pump. But when it does it does it hard as we’ve seen this week. So what’s next? I notice everytime eth starts to pump, eth related narratives like eth layer 2s and such follow suit and pump right after. I’m talking about polygon, arbitrum and optimism. Anyone else notice this pattern before?
