Which CEX to use in Germany?

I will move to Germany next year and establish there with my family. I’m from other country of Europe and I mainly use Binance for futures trading. For now, I’m only doing this as a part-time, but after I move there, I want this to be a full time job. The problem: you can’t use Binance Futures on Germany. I’ve seen on other topics that I can use Kraken, KuCoin, MEXC or other CEXs(which I sometimes use if I don’t find the pair on Binance). But I don’t understand, why I can’t use Binance Futures, but I can use Futures from other CEX’s? The interdiction shouldn’t apply to all exchanges? VPN + dex(hyperliquid) can be another strategy? Thanks!
