New Trader Seeking Advice
I’m a new trader and have been looking into coins to invest in. I’m building a portfolio and am currently looking for feedback on the coins I have chosen. I’ve invested into bitcoin, ETH, Hbar, and LInk.
Is there anything i should add or get rid of? I’ve also heard alot of hype for xrp but also alot of criticism… so should I buy xrp?

HBAR is an overvalued legacy project. Same goes for XRP. Solana is Ethereum’s only true competitor. I’d invest in Solana

Starting out in crypto trading can feel overwhelming, so props to you for asking before diving in headfirst. A few things I wish I’d known earlier:
- Risk management > picks: Decide ahead of time how much you’re willing to lose on a trade (1–2% of portfolio is common). That matters more than chasing “the next big coin.”
- Keep it simple at first: Stick to a few major coins (BTC, ETH, maybe XRP) instead of trying to track 50 tickers.
- Avoid leverage early: It’s tempting, but it wrecks most beginners. Learn spot trading and position sizing first.
