Account issue

So last week I made an account on the crypto.com app, and I did everything it ask me to do to prove I was over 18 years old, but for some reason it said I was under age. I’m literally 20 years old. I even tried asking help with chat crypto support and it didn’t help at all. Is there anyway I can fix this.
