Accumulating crypto

As crypto prices are falling, are we now in a bearish period? is it a good time to start accumulating for the next bullrun? correct me if I’m wrong, as I understand crypto has a 4ish years cycle. Would it be wise to start accumulating now or wait for prices to go down further?
