Aren’t people bored of memecoins?

Since 2021 elon, shiba, doge etc we had this meme coins mania so that the retailer associates bull run with memecoins now and it turned to be a casino.

Crypto has always been a hot potato game but memecoins take this to the extreme

Maybe i am too old to play with them but I couldn’t really pick a “winner” among billions of memecoins created by teenager online What’s the point of gambling in this way?

Ok I can get it but this diluites the liquidity How can alts moon if as soon as we have a little bit of bullish sentiment it all flows into memecoins? At least NFT died for good but memecoins seem hard to die

TD.LR, memecoins=no altcoin bullrun

You’re spot on. Since 2021, memecoins hijacked the retail narrative. Now, when BTC sneezes, liquidity floods into whatever dog-fart-crap-themed coin is trending on X — not actual alt projects.

It’s tulip mania, but worse. At least tulips in 1637 were real and your relatives could plant them on your grave when you died of starvation because you speculated in the wrong place. Memecoins have no roadmap, no team, no purpose — just vibes and volatility. And because they’re designed to be pump-and-dump machines, they suck oxygen out of the market – unlike the tulips!
