As far as I know, you can only use your Google Play balance on, well, the Google PlayStore. And since there obviously is no bitcoin being sold on the PlayStore, then it’s an easy no.

Google Play balances are withdrawable though(if I remember correctly). So just withdraw the money and buy yourself some bitcoin elsewhere like on LocalBitcoins
