Can you use different networks in different accounts?
I created a polygon networks account and created another one for eth, but when i change the 2nd change the currency of the first too, so can you make they dont change the others?

No, once you set the network, that changes the network that Metamask (and all addresses) are then looking at that network
However, what are you trying to do? You can just simply swap between the two networks on the two addresses and confirm the relevant transactions, there really would be no need to allow it to look at different networks for different accounts
