This is all of proof of stake/crypto. You quickly make a token wifh no cost to do so. There are clips of people doing it in under a minute. You give yourself a large chunk of the supply of that token. You hype it up, market it, make promises, airdrop it if you have to. Then when it has some value from people trading it, you sell all your free tokens that suddenly have value. Dump on retail. Abandon the project and spin up the next token and repeat.
