ETH and SOL skipped?

According to coinmarketcap’s altcoin index, alt season is officially here. This is measured by the alt coin value relative to BTC as well as some other indicators.

However, it is starting to look like ETH and SOL have remained relatively flat compared to the rest of the altcoin market. From my understanding it’s usually BTC then flows into eth and other top alts and then the rest of the atlcoin market explodes. Will ETH and SOL get skipped this time around?
