Pick exchanges or Peer to Peer marketplaces, without KYC, and buy Monero, Ethereum or Bitcoin.

You start with Coinbase, that is bad because they require KYC and if you do your purchases on non KYC exchanges with flow starts from Coinbase, it does not make sense for your privacy.
Use your non custodial wallets, no KYC, then use it to buy Monero, ETH, BTC on non KYC exchanges.
