How can I migrate my defi wallet to another if my funds are already staked on validator? I think my seed phrase might have been compromised.
Do I need to wait 21 days for my funds to be unstaked?

Unfortunately yes, you should wait for the 28 (and not 21) days unbonding period.
But, the good news is that the same timeframe applies also to the possible hacker.
The best way is to unstake your CRO and get ready for the time it will eventually the unbonding period ends.
