How to Trade Options on Binance in the EU After USDT Restrictions?

With Binance no longer supporting USDT trading pairs for EU users due to regulatory changes, how are we supposed to trade options?

Binance Options (especially BTC/ETH USDT options) used to be my go-to for options on ETH and BTC. (When i did them from time to time) Now that USDT spot trading is disabled for EU residents, is there any workaround or alternative way to trade options on Binance?

Has anyone found a way around this, or is Binance planning to offer options settled in EUR, USDC, or anything else?
