How would the crypto market react to the disclosure of NHI? (Serious)

Idk if I’m in the right sub for this but, hypothetically speaking, if the government were to disclose that NHI (Non-human Intelligence) existed and are among our skies, how would the market react to such news if it were announced, say, at the end of the month?
