International transfers via crypto?

Anyone here have experience with this? I’ll be needing to regularly send USD to GBP, I’ve tried wise but it sucks so bad, incredibly long wait times etc.

I heard you can use crypto to avoid transfer fees, conversion rates and transfer times. By buying lets say 5k USD of a stable coin which im guessing is an immediate thing? Then simply send it over to the person you wanna send it to, where they can then sell it and receive the money immediately.

Anyone know the exact method for this? and what services to use to do this? we both have no experience with crypto so any advice would be really appreciated.
