If you ask me, I would say yes because it is bringing Physical Infrastructure to the blockchain and promoting wider adoption.

I reckon so check out Onino and what they are doing.
People saying it’s just a cash grab because it’s going after an industry that doesn’t need moving over to blockchain don’t have a clue that governments are already implementing blockchain because it’s the next step in the evolution of the internet.
