Is not using log charts for TA a sign of poor knowledge?
Over the years, nearly every half decent and even bad analyst I have seen on Youtube and various websites has used log scale graphs for TA in crypto.
But on Twitter I see people who trade small meme coins using the linear scales. Am I missing something, or are they people doing it wrong? They can’t even see the past rallies because they look so small.

TBH I think both versions have value and it’s important to get an idea of how things can look percentage wise – but it’s all just visual representations regardless – I think the more important aspect is their hit rate over time and whether they prove to be a reliable anylist or consistently wrong / click baity
