Need account statement from exchange but they don’t offer this

I need an exchange statement in pdf form but the exchange which I’m using only provides spot/futures/margin/fiat/account history trading history as csv.

But I need an account statement which shows name, details about account, turnover, balance, date in pdf form.

Can anyone guide me how to solve this issue
