So I have been trading with Solana meme coins for the past week with the help of my friend who is heavily invested in it. But these meme coins are very volatile and end up being a rug pretty fast. As a result I end up losing money in small amounts as I am trading with only one sol. My friend says get in and get out with small gains but that has not been working well for me so far. Any tips on how to identify a good coin?

I would ask you to stay out of it if your new to trading. Majority of those coins are more or less a pump and dump. You would have to be extremely lucky to make quick money out of it.
