Highly unlikely that most of them had anything to do with the collapse or even had knowledge of any dealings that would cause a collapse.
Typically, when you run a conspiracy to commit fraud, you try to involve as few people as possible. As the more people you involve you drastically increase the likelihood you get caught.
Don’t think people have much faith in Luna anymore. They are just tryin to recover losses.
