I guess there is a good reason for this quote, not trying to be bearish but it does seem wise to sell now at nearly the top for btc.

The expression is from tradfi. Volumes drop because people are enjoying the summer. Crypto 24/7 and rest of the world enjoys their summers more so maybe it is true. More pvp till august when its peak summer slowness.
